Can I customize a product?

What is your shipping policy?


Shipping cost is included within the item price. No extra fees will be charged. Delicate items will be shipped out as a fragile item, increasing the overall price of the items. Items are shipped using the standard shipping times but may take longer due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience.




Do you have a return or exchange policy?


Items cannot be returned unless damaged by shipping. If an item is damaged the product may be refunded or I can make you another version of the product. Feel free to reach out to address any issues. If you are looking for a certain product to fit your space, fill out a contact form instead of buying and returning. We can work together to achieve what you are looking for!




Where is the shop located?


All products are made by me, and only me! My workspace is ever changing as I transition from home to college. Due to this factor, I only list products online. If you have a site specific request feel free to contact me.




Do you ship Internationally?


I do not ship internationally. My shipping is limited to the U.S. This is due to the small scale of my shop.
